Exchange Policy
We only provide exchanges in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is broken
- The wrong product was delivered by us
Exchange Conditions
- Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- After 3 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
- Customers must provide:

- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or broken product
- Original packaging (if available)
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange approval is subject to verification by our support team.
