Exchange Policy

We only provide exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is broken
  • The wrong product was delivered by us

Exchange Conditions

  • Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
  • Customers must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or broken product
    • Original packaging (if available)

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange approval is subject to verification by our support team.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
