  • Because each item is specially created, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the order has been confirmed and processed.

3. Exchange Policy

We only provide exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is broken
  • The wrong product was delivered by us

Exchange Conditions

  • Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
  • Customers must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or broken product
    • Original packaging (if available)

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange approval is subject to verification by our support team.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
  • Once customization work has started, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances we need 2-3 days for manufacturing and 5-7 days for delivery.

6. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately.
  • However, actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
